How quickly do you ship my order?

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

EU countries: 3–7 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?

Standard Priority Letters do not include tracking.
Registered Priority Letters and Courier Services include tracking.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships (if applicable for your chosen shipping method and destination).

Note: Tracking functionality may vary depending on the destination country’s postal infrastructure.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait a few extra business days. Then, if you still haven’t received it:

After 15 business days within European Union, or
after 25 business days for international orders,

please contact us – we will be happy to assist you and resolve the issue.
